Artificial Wetland
The Artificial Wetland project is a Wildlife Sanctuary, also is an Add-On to The Orchid Garden Eco-Village which is located in a pine ridge Savannah area featuring varied Eco-systems: includes Savannah: Savannah bush (the Nature Trail); the Lowland rain forest; and the Riverine eco-system (Hector Creek);

Location: Western Highway to the north, nature trail & museum to the south; the hotel to the east

Storage Volume: 2 million gallons
Depth: 10 to 16 feet
Source: ground water & rainwater
Functions
To protect the Savannah forest area from wildfire
To provide water for our laundry room, Mom's Farm, our nature pond, butterfly house and orchid garden
To integrate the nature walk tour
To provide sanctuary for wildlife
