My wife and I stayed at the Orchid Garden Eco-Village for 4 nights and had a great time in all regards:

First, while making the reservations, Jason had no problem changing the dates of our reservations after our plans changed somewhat. He also proposed an itinerary which he had no problems altering to fit our desires (we removed the Hol Chan/Shark Ray Alley portion of our trip because we had spent the previous week on Ambergris Caye and had done enough scuba diving and snorkling). On a related note, Jason made sure Alfredo would be at the water taxi terminal whenever we arrived back to the mainland.

Second, the staff is great. Christine (jason's wife) is an amazing cook and adjusts meals to time/ingredients/portions to your needs and has the next day's itinerary for you each evening. Alfredo and Alvaro are great guides/drivers/repositories of almost everything related to Belize. Alvaro's daughters make up the rest of the staff and are extremely friendly and efficient.

Third, the trips are all taken care for you (other than the gratuities each and every tour guide expects) and are wonderful. DO NOT MISS THE ATM TOUR! We also did the overnight in Tikal (which was also incredible), and the zip-line/cave tubing tour.

Lastly, the opportunity to share meals and tours with the other guests made the trip even better. It was great meeting you Johnathan and Amy, Steve and Cathy, and Renee and Linda!
