30% is payable on confirmation of booking, the remainder payable 30 days before arrival. Your deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, however, money is not refunded: instead, your holiday is held open for you to take at any time during a subsequent 3 year period without incurring any additional costs.
