Jason and Christine are wonderful hosts- the food is an awesome experience in itself. The staff were professional and courteous. Accommodations were wonderful. Alfredo is their everything man and was informative and a pleasure as a tour guide. These people know the perfect blend of adventure and vacation. We had a wonderful time, we were relaxed and didn't have to think. Christine had all our trips organized and ready! 10 stars for us on a 5 star scale!!
