Wow! Can't say enough. We were there for just four days - but they were terrific days. Alfredo and Alvero were there to attend to transportation needs. Both were very friendly, informative and accommodating. Alvero and Alfredo took us on out tours. The kitchen staff were Lucretia ("Lucky") and and Carmalita. They were wonderful. And the personal attention of Christine was truly remarkable. She prepared each meal lovingly, looking after us each meal, helped co-ordinate our travel, etc.
I recommend the caving tour (sounds commercial, but it is an amazing experience, the Belize Zoo (a must see), the New River experience and visit to the Mayan ruins.

We had been looking for an overnight stay and we came across the packages that Eco-Village offers. They provide pick up from and to the airport, dinner and breakfast included and furthermore we joined the Eco-Village-Tour with Alfredo. Don´t miss that! It was so interesting and we learned a lot. Many thanks to Alfredo, he is a very good guide. Unfortunately the time for bloom is march but still are the various plants very interesting. Furthermore Christine has provided great hospitality and outstanding food. We enjoyed our short stay very much and even it was just one day/ night we really loved the Eco-Village.
A Pleasant Introduction to Belize

This was our first time to Belize and our stay at the Orchid Garden was extremely pleasant. The rooms, although not 4 star, were more than adequate, clean, roomy and comfortable. The service and meals were excellent and the surroundings were quiet and pleasant. The accommodations in Guatemala and on San Pedro that were set up for us by the staff at Orchid were also good. We partook in many of the activities, zip lining, cave tubing, two Mayan sites Lamanai and Tikal, snorkelling, Belize Zoo, skywalking on suspension bridges and the greatest adventure, exploring ATM. We were most pleased with all these activities. The guides and drivers were excellent and accommodating, and the arrangements were well planned. All in all it was a great trip and we look forward to retuning to Belize and Orchid Gardens in the future.

I can't say enough good things about the Orchid Garden! For a reasonable amount, you are made to feel like a millionaire! Usually I do all the arrangements for everything. It was such a treat to be picked up at the airport and taken to all the wonderful places Belize has to visit. On top of that, you are made to feel like a family member that is welcomed back home. The meals were over the top in quality, quanity and service. The trust worthy staff are commendable in their desire to please you and educate you about their country. I investigated many "inclusives" in Belize and was so happy that I had chosen this one. It was a fabulous experience and created life long cherished memories.

Orchid Garden was impeccable in every way. They organized six days of the most exciting jaw-dropping adventures at an unbelievable price for us. They anticipated our needs before we did. The accomodations were simply beautiful and the food was exquisite. I only have one regret - that I didn't take a vacation like this earlier in my life. I told the rest of my children I will take them on this same vacation for their 18th birthday. You can't help but love Christine, your hostess at Orchid Garden, as well as all the staff who smile so big every time they get to do something for you. It'll be impossible to forget this vacation. I'll take these fabulous memories to the next life with me.
